Refund Policy
We want you to love your Melt Grips. If something isn't right, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- At this time, international orders are not eligible for returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used overgrips.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance, discounted, or final sale items.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at meltgrip@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you would like to return.
- The reason for your return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was received or the product arrived damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Melt Grips is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at meltgrip@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work to make it right as quickly as possible.
